Check-in is 3:00 - 8:00 pm, Check out is 12:00 pm.
MINIMUM STAYS
We do not have a minimum stay requirement.
DEPOSIT AND REFUND
100% deposit is required for the first night of each room reserved. Deposits will be refunded if notice is received by our office no less than 7 days prior to the intended date of arrival. A refund service charge of $25.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit. We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 9.6% state sales and local room tax applies to all rooms. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Traveler’s Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card or American Express.
RESTRICTIONS
We are a NO SMOKING property. Pets are not allowed. Maximum capacity for each room is 2 adults.
As a licensed transient accommodation facility in the state of Washington, we abide by the laws of this state.
